Agreement Clauses
Project Scope & Revision Limits
All work is executed according to the mutually approved Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal. Each project contract includes up to two rounds of major design and structural revisions during the staging phase.
* Note: Any additional feature additions, structural pivots, or scope expansions outside the initial agreement will be billed separately at an agreed hourly rate ($50/hr).
Payment Terms & Milestones
Unless specified otherwise in writing, standard project payment structures follow a 50/50 model:
- 50% Initial Deposit: Required prior to project kick-off, research, and design architecture.
- 50% Final Payment: Due upon final staging approval and prior to live production deployment or source code handover.
Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of 100% full final payment, all custom source code, design assets, and database schemas created specifically for the project transfer completely to the client. Aman Awasthi retains the right to display completed visual work in promotional portfolios.
Warranties & Support SLA
All custom projects include a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty covering bug fixes and technical troubleshooting. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party web hosting providers or unapproved client server modifications.
